Adtrinib 200mg Tablet contains Sorafenib 200mg is an anti-cancer medication, tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It produces its action by targeting several tyrosine kinase proteins present on surface receptors and intracellular structures of VEGF receptors, PDGF receptor, FGF receptor, cytokine receptor called as kit, IL 2 receptor, lymphocyte tyrosine kinase receptor, transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor. In general, these receptors signal for angiogenesis and decrease apoptosis function. Sorafenib inhibits signals of angiogenesis and decreases the size of the tumor by starvation and increases apoptosis function.

Adtrinib 200mg Tablet contains Sorafenib 200mg is an anti-cancer medication, tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It produces its action by inhibiting the function of tyrosine kinase protein present on receptors of vascular or platelet or lymphocyte etc. Thus, alters the function of receptors thereby inhibiting angiogenesis of abnormal cells and increasing apoptosis function thus proliferation of abnormal cells is inhibited.

Drug-Drug Interaction
Dronedarone
It is contraindicated to use this medicine because the combination of this medicine increase the QTc interval
Carbamazepine
Use alternative drugs because the use of carbamazepine decreases the effect of sorafenib by increasing its metabolism.
Ketoconazole
Use alternative drugs because the use of ketoconazole increases the level of sorafenib by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Dichlorphenamide
Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine may decrease the serum potassium
Fingolimod
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of sorafenib increases the effect of fingolimod by immunosuppressive effect and it also increases the risk for developing infections.
Drug-Food Interaction
Sorafenib 200mg should be taken on an empty stomach one hour before the meal or 2 hours after the meal because the use of this medicine delays the absorption in presence of food.
Drug-Disease Interaction
Lung toxicity
Therapy should be administered with caution in patients who are with a history of interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis because the use of these multikinase inhibitors may cause pulmonary toxicity.
Over Dose

Missed Dose
