Drug-Drug Interaction
Dronedarone + Nortriptyline
Dronedarone will increase the effect of nortriptyline by affecting the hepatic enzyme metabolism. The use of this drug is contraindicated because it increases the risk of ventricular tachycardia
Phenelzine + Nortriptyline
A combination of these drugs increases the serotonin level. The use of this drug is contraindicated
Albuterol + Nortriptyline
Tricyclic antidepressants increase or decrease the effect of sympathomimetics by blocking the uptake of indirect sympathomimetics into the adrenergic neuron
Citalopram + Nortriptyline

Tricyclic anti-depressants should be administered with caution in a patient with anticholinergic activity such as urinary retention, angle-closure glaucoma, untreated intraocular hypertension, and gastrointestinal obstructive disorders.
Cardiovascular diseases + Nortriptyline
During the initiation of the therapy tricyclic antidepressants may cause orthostatic hypotension, reflex tachycardia, syncope, and dizziness. Therapy should not be administered with caution in patients during the acute recovery phase following myocardial infarction, hyperthyroidism, or a history of cardiovascular disease. Closely monitor the patient's ECG levels.
Pheochromocytoma + Nortriptyline
Therapy should be administered with caution in a patient with tumors because tricyclic anti-depressants may potentiate the effect of circulating catecholamines
Depression + Nortriptyline
Therapy should be administered with caution in adult and pediatric patients with depression because they may have suicidal thoughts. The patient should be monitored closely for any changes in their behavior or suicidal thoughts. Do not discontinue the treatment without consulting with the doctor it may worsen the symptoms.

Therapy should be administered with caution in a patient with renal and hepatic function because there is limited information available regarding the use of tricyclic anti-depressants in a patient with renal and hepatic impairment.
Renal dysfunction + Gabapentin
Therapy should be administered with caution in patients with impaired renal function because gabapentin is eliminated unchanged by the kidney.
Drug dependence + Gabapentin
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of gabapentin may cause dependence and abuse. Tolerance, as well as physical and psychological dependence, can develop. In patients who have developed, tolerance can cause respiratory depression and death.

Missed Dose
