Infertility :
This Oral Suspension causes decrease sperm count and immobile sperms. Consult your physician
Blood disorders :
This Oral Suspension causes anaemia, granulocytopenia, and thrombocytopenia. Monitor blood levels before and during treatment.
Diabetic :
Any sign of infection – fever or lymph node enlargement or cough associated with upper or lower respiratory tract infection
Skin reactions :
It can be mild to severe like Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis.

Drug-Disease Interaction
Hepatic impairment :
There is no dose adjustment required for the patient with mild to moderate liver disease (Hepatic impairment). The pharmacokinetics and safety profile of oseltamivir has not been evaluated for the patient with severe hepatic impairment.
Renal Impairment :
The patient with a creatinine clearance level between 10 and 30mL/min need the dose adjustment of Oseltamivir.
There is no dose adjustment available for the patient undergoing routine hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment for a longer period of time.
Over Dose
Overdosage of Oral Suspension causes seizure Consult your physician immediately
Missed Dose
You can take the missed dosage if you notice before half the time to your next dosage. If it is more than 12 hours, then skip the dosage and take the next doses as usual, Don’t take a double dose for a forgotten dose.
