    Azimox-LB Tablet contains Azithromycin and Lactic acid bacillus used to treat bacterial infection such as Community-acquired pneumonia, Pharyngitis or Tonsillitis, Uncomplicated skin and skin structure, Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, Acute bacterial sinusitis, Genital Ulcer diseases, Gonorrhea, Pelvic inflammatory diseases. Mainly this medicine targets the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and eye in both adults and children and it is also used to treat typhoid fever and sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhoea. Azithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that works by inhibiting the cell wall synthesis of protein. Lactobacillus is an antidiarrheals/probiotic works by restoring the good bacteria that is killed due to the use of antibiotics. This combination of medicine helps to fight against the growth of microorganisms and it also prevents diarrhoea which is associated with the use of antibiotics. Swallow the whole tablet at once. Don’t break, chew, or crush the tablet.

    Drug-Drug Interaction

    BCG vaccine live

    The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism

    Cholera vaccine

    Use alternative medicine, because the use of the cholera vaccine with antibiotics may activate the vaccine strain. So, avoid receiving this combination of medicines before 14 days of vaccination

    Antithrombin 111

    Use alternative drugs because the use of azithromycin increases the effect of azithromycin by decreasing its metabolism.

    Digoxin

    Use alternative drugs because the use of azithromycin increases the effect of digoxin by altering the intestinal flora

    Ceritinib
