Drug-Drug Interaction
BCG vaccine live
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism
Aluminum hydroxide
Use alternative drugs because the use of aluminum hydroxide decreases the effect of Balofloxacin by inhibiting the GI absorption
Escitalopram
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of escitalopram increase the toxicity of Balofloxacin by QTc interval
Estradiol
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Balofloxacin decreases the effect of estradiol by altering the intestinal flora and it also lowers the risk of contraceptive failure.
