Bestocin 250mg Injection contains Erythromycin 250mg used to treat bacterial infections such as Community-Acquired Pneumonia, Acute Otitis media, Bronchitis, Pertussis, Prophylaxis for Rheumatic fever, Pharyngitis/Tonsilitis, Skin and soft tissue infections, Syphillis, Stomach, and intestinal infections, and Pelvic inflammatory diseases. The use is of this medicine effective against infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, and skin. It produces its effect by inhibiting the growth of bacteria that helps to relieve the symptoms and treat infections.

It is used in the treatment of the following conditions as Bacterial infections such as Community-Acquired Pneumonia, Acute Otitis media, Bronchitis, Pertussis, Prophylaxis for Rheumatic fever, Pharyngitis/Tonsilitis, Skin and soft tissue infections, Syphillis, Stomach, and intestinal infections, and Pelvic inflammatory diseases.

QT prolongation:
