    Bevaro 400mg Injection contains Bevacizumab 400mg used to treat various types of cancer of colon, lung, kidney, brain, ovarian, and cervix. It works by inhibiting the protein and stopping the formation of blood vessels which brings oxygen and nutrients to the cancer cells. It is used alone or with other combinations.

    It is used in the treatment of the following conditions as Renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer, breast cancer, hepatic carcinoma, and glioblastoma multiforme

    Ovarian cancer

    It is a type of cancer that occurs in an ovary a female reproductive system that produces women’s eggs and female hormones.     Drug Interaction of Bevaro 400mg Injection

    Drug-Drug Interaction

    Sunitinib

    It is contraindicated to use this medicine in combination because the use of this may cause microangiopathic hemolytic anemia

    Daunorubicin

    Use alternative drugs because the combination of this medicine may increase the risk of developing cardiotoxicity

    Dichlorphenamide

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine because decreases the serum potassium

    Cholera vaccine

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of bevacizumab decreases the effect of cholera vaccine by immunosuppressive effect and it also increases the risk for developing an infection

    Bleeding

    Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES)

    While using vascular endothelial growth factor receptor PRES, a neurological disorder has been reported. This includes headache, seizures, lethargy, confusion, blindness, and other neurological disturbances

    Renal dysfunction

    Therapy should be administered with caution in a patient with renal impairment because the use of this medicine increases the incidence and severity of proteinuria

     


    Over Dose

    Take the medicine as directed by the doctor don’t overdose on the medicine. If you have taken an overdose of this medicine immediately meet the doctor and rush to the nearby hospital.


    Missed Dose

    Take the medicine as directed by the doctor. Do not skip the medicine, if you forgot to take the medicine or missed the dose.
