Blaztere 4mg injection contains Zoledronic acid (4mg) is a Calcium Metabolism Modifers used to treat high levels of calcium in patients who have cancer and it is also used to treat osteoporosis. It produces its action by reducing the risk of breaking bones.

It is used in the treatment of Hypercalcemia of malignancy and Osteoporosis.

Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of aluminum hydroxide will decrease the effect of Zoledronic acid by inhibition of GI absorption

Dichlorphenamide

Tenofovir DF

Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Zoledronic acid increases the effect of tenofovir DF by decreasing its renal clearance

Foscarnet

The use of foscarnet increases the effect of Zoledronic acid by pharmacodynamic synergism
