Bortiad 2mg Injection contains Bortezomib 2mg used to treat Mantle cell lymphoma, and Multiple myeloma. It works by inhibiting the growth and multiplication by increasing the number of proteins in the cancer cells. It is not recommended in pediatrics.

Eliglustat
It is contraindicated to use this medicine because the use of bortezomib increases the effect of eliglustat by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism
Mefloquine
Use alternative drugs because the use of mefloquine increases the toxicity of bortezomib by QTc interval
Benazepril
Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine either increases the effect of the other by pharmacodynamic synergism and it also increases the risk of developing hypotension
Clopidogrel
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of bortezomib decreases the effect of clopidogrel by decreasing its metabolism
Dichlorphenamide
