Bosutris 100mg Tablet contains Bosutinib 100mg it’s a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits metastasis, angiogenesis and oncogenesis of abnormal cancer cells. Bosutris 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of renal cancer. This medication is recommended only for adults.

Bosutris 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia. This tablet is not used in children less than 18yrs of age.

Bosutris 100mg Tablet is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is an antineoplastic and antiangiogenic medication. This tablet inhibits the multiplication or proliferation of abnormal cells by inhibiting endothelial growth factors. It must be used only in adults. This medication is recommended in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia with Philadelphia chromosome +ve at chronic phase or blast phase.
Mechanism of action of Bosutris 100mg Tablet
Bosutinib is an antineoplastic and an antiangiogenic agent. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It targets several tyrosine kinase proteins of the Bcr-Abl and SRc family which is required for angiogenesis and increases apoptosis function. It inhibits signals of angiogenesis and decreases the size of tumor by starvation and increases apoptosis function.
How Bosutris 100mg Tablet works
Bosutinib inhibits tyrosine kinase protein required for angiogenesis and proliferation of abnormal cells. This results in the shrinking of tumor cells and cell death thus controls and treats various cancers.

How to Take Bosutris 100mg Tablet
This tablet is taken orally. It must be taken at the same time once a day as prescribed by your physician. It should be taken with food don’t drink grape juice or eat grapes. It must be swallowed as a whole.
Don’t chew or crush this tablet.
After therapy has been initiated, do not take more or less of this drug than prescribed or stop taking it without your physicians’ approval. Skipping or changing your dose without approval may cause adverse effects making the condition more difficult to treat, or worsen side effects.
Use of Bosutris 100mg Tablet in Adult
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding inform your physician as they are not advisable.
Use of Bosutris 100mg Tablet in children
This tablet is not recommended in children.
Use of Bosutris 100mg Tablet in Elderly Patients
This tablet has only been used in few patients 65 years or older. Dosage and usage are similar to adults. Discuss with your physician before usage.

General instructions
Bosutris 100mg Tablet is taken orally as prescribed dosage at a specific time regularly with food to avoid adverse effects. Do not take grape juice or eat grapes with this medication. Do not take medications that alter the PH of the stomach like PPI, H2 blockers and if you are taking them, it is best to take them either 1 hr before or 2 hrs after intake of food.

Drug-Food Interaction
Do not take grapes and grape juice while taking this medication. To avoid diarrhea, take small sips of sugar-free drinks or take small amounts of meals or take spicy food with this medication. It should be taken either with food, if doubts arise kindly refer to your physician. It generally causes side effects thus it is advised not to be taken with alcohol. It is preferred to drive or operate heavy machinery with caution while taking this medication.
