Cabaxan 60mg Injection contains Cabazitaxel 60mg used to treat prostate cancer. It produces its action by interfering with the growth of cancer cells. Do not self administer this medicine.

BCG vaccine live

The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism

Clarithromycin

Use alternative drugs because the use of clarithromycin increases the effect of cabazitaxel by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

Bosutinib

Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of bosutinib increases the effect of cabazitaxel by P-glycoprotein efflux transporter.

Natalizumab

Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine may increase the immunosuppressive effect and it also increases the risk of developing infections

Olaparib

Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine may increase the pharmacodynamic synergism
