    Ciprogyl 250mg/300mg Tablet contains Ciprofloxacin 250mg and Tinidazole 300mg used to treat bacterial and parasitic infections such as Urinary tract infections, Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Cystitis, and gastrointestinal infections such as diarrhea, infectious diarrhea, or dysentery. Mainly this medicine targets gynecological infections, teeth, urine, lung infections, and abdominal infection. Ciprofloxacin 250mg is an antibiotic that helps to inhibit the growth of infection. Tinidazole 300mg is a Nitroimidazole derivative Antibacterial and Antiprotozoal drug which kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria. The combination of these medicines inhibits the growth of microbes that cause infections. This medicine is not used for common flu and cold symptoms that occur due to viral infections.     BCG vaccine live

    The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism

    Aluminum hydroxide

    Use alternative drugs because the use of aluminum hydroxide decreases the effect of Ciprofloxacin by inhibiting the GI absorption

    Escitalopram

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of escitalopram increase the toxicity of Ciprofloxacin by QTc interval

    Dronabinol

    The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of tinidazole increases the toxicity of dronabinol by inhibiting aldehyde dehydrogenase

    Ketoconazole

    Use alternative drugs because the use of ketoconazole increases the effect of tinidazole by affecting its hepatic or intestinal metabolism

    Fluorouracil

    Use alternative drugs because the use of tinidazole will increase the effect of fluorouracil by decreasing its hepatic clearance

    Drug-Food Interaction

    By using this medicine with dairy products, multivitamins with minerals should be maintained time gap at least 2 to 4 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after taking this medicine.
