    Cyra-LS Tablet SR contains Rabeprazole 20mg and Levosulpiride 75mg. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), an anti-ulcer agent used to relieve acid-related indigestion, and heartburn in the stomach. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic that helps in the movement of food from the stomach to the intestine by producing a chemical messenger (acetylcholine).

    Cyra-LS (Levosulpiride (75mg) + Rabeprazole (20mg)) Tablet SR is contraindicated to allergic symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, swelling, breathing difficulties, etc, liver diseases, bone fractures, and hypomagnesemia.

    Mechanism of action of Cyra-LS Tablet SR

    Rabeprazole and Levosulpiride soften the stools and decreases the acid secretion from the stomach. It decreases bowel movement, facilitates gastric emptying. It blocks the acid releasing gastric parietal cell of the stomach. A parietal cell of the stomach contains H+/K+ ATP Pumps, which helps in acid secretion.
