It is used in patients whose disease cannot be treated with other medications.

Drug-Drug Interaction
Dihydroergotamine + Dasatinib
The use of this is contraindicated because the use of dasatinib will increase the effect of dihydroergotamine by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Pimozide + Dasatinib
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of dasatinib increases the effect of pimozide by decreasing its metabolism and it also increases the risk of QT interval prolongation.
Ketoconazole + Dasatinib
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of ketoconazole will increase the effect of dasatinib by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism
Tipranavir + Dasatinib
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of tipranavir will increase the effect of dasatinib by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism
Carbamazepine + Dasatinib
Use alternative drugs because the use of carbamazepine will decrease the effect of dasatinib by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

Hepatic impairment
