Dgrab L 75mg/20mg Capsule SR contains Rabeprazole 20mg and Levosulpiride 75mg used to treat conditions like Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Irritable bowel syndrome. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that helps to get relief from acid-related indigestion and heartburn in the stomach. It produces its action by decreasing the secretion of acid in the parietal cells of the stomach by producing a chemical messenger called acetylcholine. This combination softens the stools and decreases the acid secretion from the stomach. Take the medicine on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. Kindly avoid consuming spicy, fatty, and caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Don’t break, chew, or crush the capsule.

Drug-Drug Interaction
Erlotinib
The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the combination of the anti-ulcer drug with erlotinib may alter the upper stomach Ph and decrease its metabolism of medicine.
Atazanavir
The use of rabeprazole decreases the effect of atazanavir by increasing the gastric Ph. Use alternative drugs also reduce the concentration of drug
Methotrexate
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of rabeprazole increases the effect of methotrexate by decreasing its renal clearance. At a higher dose, it increases the risk of developing toxicity.
Fluvoxamine
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of fluvoxamine will increase the effect of rabeprazole by affecting the liver enzymes.
Ketoconazole

Antacids
