Dolostat R 200mg/20mg Capsule contains Aceclofenac (200mg) and Rabeprazole (20mg) is used to treat pain, inflammation, and swelling like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and Osteoarthritis. It produces its action by inhibiting the release of chemical substances which cause pain and inflammation in your body. It is also used to treat muscle pain, back pain, toothache.

Dolostat R 200mg/20mg Capsule contains Aceclofenac (200mg) and Rabeprazole (20mg). Aceclofenac is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication. It produces its action by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX-1) and (COX-2). Thus it inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins which is responsible for pain and inflammation. It also inhibits the aggregation and activation of neutrophil and chemotaxis, decreases the proinflammatory cytokine level, and alter the activity of lymphocyte.

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor. It produces its action by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATP pumps which are released by parietal cells in the stomach for gastric acid secretion. Blocking these pumps reduces the acid secretion in the stomach and helps to get relief from the acidity. This prevents the damage of the stomach lining caused by Aceclofenac.

Apixaban

Methotrexate
