    Enzamide 40mg Tablet contains Enzalutamide 40mg used to treat metastasized Prostate cancer by inhibiting the action of testosterone, a male sex hormone. It is used in patients whose diseases are progressed even after the Docetaxel therapy. It is not recommended in females, children, and adolescents.

Thus, Enzalutamide decreases the volume of the prostate.

    Drug Interaction of Enzamide 40mg Tablet

    Drug-Drug Interaction

    Atazanavir

    It is contraindicated to use this medicine because the use of atazanavir will increase the effect of enzalutamide by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

    Siponimod

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine increases the immunosuppressive effects and it also increases the risk of developing an infection

    Cannabidiol

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of cannabidiol will increase the effect of enzalutamide by decreasing its metabolism.

    Alfentanil

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of enzalutamide will decrease the effect of alfentanil by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

    Therapy should be administered with caution in patients with a history of seizures, trauma, head injury, ischemic attack, Alzheimer's diseases, and brain tumor because during the clinical trial the use of this medicine cause seizure in 0.5% of patients


    Over Dose

    Missed Dose
