Medical Description of Erob Syrup
Erob Syrup contains Erythromycin used to treat pertussis, Diphtheria, and some bacterial infections in children. This medicine mainly targets infections of the eye, nose, ear, throat, lungs, teeth, skin, and urinary tract. It is given as an alternative to children who are allergic to penicillin. It produces its effect by inhibiting the growth of bacteria that helps to relieve the symptoms and treat infections.

Erob Syrup Contraindication
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Erythromycin

BCG vaccine live
The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism
Cholera vaccine
Use alternative medicine, because the use of the cholera vaccine with antibiotics may activate the vaccine strain. So, avoid receiving this combination of medicines before 14 days of vaccination
Antithrombin 111
Use alternative drugs because the use of erythromycin increases the effect of antithrombin 111 by decreasing its metabolism.
Digoxin
Use alternative drugs because the use of erythromycin increases the effect of digoxin by altering the intestinal flora
Ceritinib
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of erythromycin increase the effect of ceritinib by P-glycoprotein efflux transporter
Cisapride

Colitis

Myasthenia gravis
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of macrolide antibiotics trigger the symptoms of myasthenia gravis
Liver disease:
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of erythromycin may cause hepatotoxicities like abnormal liver function, hepatitis, cholestatic jaundice, necrosis, and hepatic failure.
QT prolongation:
Therapy should be administered with caution in patients who are having a history of bradyarrhythmia, proarrhythmic like uncorrected hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia because the use of erythromycin itself may cause cardiac repolarization and QT interval.
Over Dose

Missed Dose
