    Mechanism of action of Farabine 20mg Injection

    Farabine 20mg Injection contains Clofarabine 20mg is an anti-cancer medication, purine nucleoside analog. It produces its action by inhibiting the DNA synthesis by reducing the pools of deoxynucleotide triphosphate. This also inhibits the ribonucleotide reductase, terminating the elongation of the DNA chain and inhibits the repair into the DNA chain by competitive inhibition of DNA polymerases.

    Farabine 20mg Injection contains Clofarabine 20mg is an anti-cancer medication, purine nucleoside analog. It produces its action by inhibiting the multiplication of abnormal white blood cells and it reduces the production of DNA which is required for the growth and multiplication of cancer cells.

    Cholera vaccine

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of clofarabine decreases the effect of the cholera vaccine by immunosuppressive effects and it also increases the risk for developing an infection.

    Acalabrutinib

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine either increases toxicity or the other by pharmacodynamic synergism.

    Dichlorphenamide

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the combination of this medicine decreases the serum potassium level

    Digoxin
