    Hepcifix tablet contains Daclatasvir-60mg. Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is an anti-viral medicine. It is used to treat the Chronic Hepatitis C virus, It works by preventing the multiplication of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in our body.Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is used to control the infection and to reduce the complications and makes the immune system better. This medicine is taken with other anti-viral medicine. Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is not a cure for Hepatitis C virus, it only reduce the complications by stop the multiplication of virus in our body.

Symptoms include fatigue, bleeding easily, jaundice, dark-coloured urine, itchy skin, weight loss, and hepatic encephalopathy.

    Hepcifix 60mg is indicated in the treatment of HCV infection that causes chronic hepatitis C infection in humans. It is recommended for people above age 18 and used with sofosbuvir and with or without ribavirin.


    Mechanism of action of Hepcifix 60mg Tablet

    Hepcifix 60mg contains daclatasvir. It is a non-structural viral protein 5A and inhibits viral RNA replication and virion assembly. It inhibits phosphorylation of NS4A and the formation and activation of the HCV replication complex. Thus treats and controls HCV infection.

    How to Take Hepcifix 60mg Tablet

    Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is taken orally with or without food.

    It should be taken at a specific time

    Swallow this tablet as whole.

    It must be taken with other anti-viral medicine.

    After therapy has been initiated, do not take more or less of this prescribed or stop taking it without your physicians’ approval.     The recommended dose of Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is 60mg taken once per day with or without food for 12 weeks with sofosbuvir and with or without ribavirin

    Use Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet in children with 6 years old or above and their weight atleast17kg. Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is not advisable for children less than 18 years.Please discuss with your doctor.

    Hepcifix (Daclatasvir-60mg) tablet is recommended to take lowest dosage for shorten period to avoid side effects of this drug to avoid side effects and complications.
