Hepcinat Plus tablet contains Sofosbuvir 400mg and Daclatasvir 60mg. Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is an antiviral medicine. It is used to treat the Chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. It works by preventing the multiplying of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in our body. Hepcinat Plus tablet is used to control the infection and to reduce the complications and makes the immune system better. This medicine is taken with other antiviral medicine. Hepcinat Plus tablet is not a cure for Hepatitis C virus (HCV), it only reduce the complications by stop the multiplying of virus in our body. It reduces the infection and helps to recover quick.

Hepcinat Plus tablet is used to treat the Chronic (HCV) infection. It helps to control the infection by preventing the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) from multiplying in our body. Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is taken with other antiviral medicine to reduce the infection in our body and improves the health condition by removing the virus from blood over the period of time. It is very effective in treatment of genotype 4 Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

Alcohol

Driving or operating machinery

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet may cause drowsiness, so after taking this medicine requires more concentration during driving or avoid driving.

Pregnancy

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is not recommended during pregnancy time. Use of Hepcinat Plus tablet leads to harmful effect on unborn baby. So strictly avoid this medicine. Please discuss with your physician

Breast Feeding

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is not advisable in the time of breast-feeding period, because it may affect infants.

Kidney Problem

The patients with renal problem who take Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet may leads to destroy the renal fuction. So the low dosage should be used for this patients and kidney function should be monitored daily.

Liver Disease

The patients with liver disease should be caution with using Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet due to increased risk of side severe effects.

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is taken orally with or without food.

It should be taken at a specific time

Don’t chew or break the tablet.

Swallow this tablet as whole.

It must be taken with other antiviral medicines.

After therapy has been initiated, do not take more or less of this prescribed or stop taking it without your physicians’ approval. The recommended dose of Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is one tablet taken orally once a day with or without food for 12-24 weeks with Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir and with or without ribavirin

Use of Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet in children with 6 years old or above and their weight atleast 17kg. Hepcinat Plus tablet is not advisable for children less than 18 years. Please discuss with your doctor.

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is recommended to take lowest dosage for shorten period to avoid side effects of this medicine to avoid side effects and complications. Please discuss with your doctor.

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet is taken with glass of water orally. Don’t break or chew this medicine. Hepcinat Plus tablet is taken with or without food. But take this at fixed time.

Drug-Drug Interaction

Don’t take these medicine together with Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet leads to severe problem:

• Dexamethasone
• Antacids
• Rifampicin
• Amiodarone
• Efavirenz
• Carbamazepine
• Fosphenytoin
• Tenofovir
• Rifapentine

Drug-Food Interaction

Hepcinat Plus (Sofosbuvir (400mg) + Daclatasvir (60mg)) tablet can be safely taken with any type of food, if doubts arise kindly refer to your physician. It is best to avoid eating grapefruit and drinking grape juice. It generally causes dizziness and instability thus it is advised not to be taken with alcohol.
