Imipenem 500mg is a Carbapenem antibiotic used to treat severe bacterial infections by inhibiting the bacterial cell wall synthesis which is essential for bacterial growth. Cilastatin 500mg is a Dehydropeptidase I inhibitor to inhibit the Dehydropeptidase I enzyme produced by bacteria. This enzyme destroys the action of antibiotics. The combination of this medicine helps to fight against the bacteria which are responsible for infections. This medicine is not used for common flu and cold symptoms that occur due to viral infections. This medicine is commonly prescribed for cough and colds caused by bacterial and parasitic infections

BCG vaccine live

The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the use of medicine decreases the effect of the BCG vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism

Cholera vaccine
