Medical Description of Iverhope 12mg Tablet
Iverhope 12mg Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg its an Anthelminthic (antiparasitic ) medication. This tablet is used to treat strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis and scabies and used as an orphan drug in the cases of head lice, Blepharitis, filariasis and Gnathostomiasis. This tablet is safely used in children above 15 kgs of weight. Recently It is used as an orphan drug in the treatment of SARS-COV-2 mild and moderate infection.

Mechanism of action of Iverhope 12mg Tablet
Iverhope 12mg (Ivermectin 12mg) tablet binds with glutamate-gated chloride ion channels present in muscles and nerve cells of microfilaria that causes an increased influx of chloride ions resulting in paralysis of parasites and death of parasite. Iverhope 12mg tablet DT acts as a GABA agonist thus interrupts CNS neurosynaptic transmission.
How Iverhope 12mg Tablet works
This tablet is an Anthelminthic (antiparasitic ) medication , increases the influx of chloride ions that causes paralysis and death of parasites by binding to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels.

How to Take Iverhope 12mg Tablet
This tablet is taken orally best on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before food.
Do not cut, break or crush the tablet
