Jlroz (Lansoprazole (15mg)) tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPIs), an anti-ulcer agent used to treat the stomach, and duodenal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Erosive Esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Jlroz tablet decreases stomach acid secretion. Jlroz tablet decreases stomach acid secretion. Jlroz tablet relieves ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori infection, used in combination with antibiotics like amoxicillin, or clarithromycin, and metronidazole, or tinidazole; acid related to dyspepsia, and active benign gastric ulcers. Furthermore, Jlroz tablet is used to treat stress ulcers and acid secretion during the intake of painkillers (NSAIDs).
Jlroz tablet is contraindicated to allergic symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, swelling, breathing difficulties, etc, liver dysfunction, vitamin, and mineral deficiency.

A parietal cell of the stomach contains H+/K+ ATP Pumps, which help in acid secretion and then inhibit acid production by blocking these H+K+ ATP pumps.
