    Drug Interaction of Lanfil 15mg Tablet DT

    Drug-Drug Interaction

    Erlotinib

    The use of this medicine is contraindicated because the combination of the anti-ulcer drug with erlotinib may alter the upper stomach Ph and decrease its metabolism of medicine.

    Atazanavir

    The use of Lansoprazole decreases the effect of atazanavir by increasing the gastric Ph. Use of alternative drugs also reduces the concentration of the drug

    Methotrexate

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Lansoprazole increases the effect of methotrexate by decreasing its renal clearance. At a higher dose, it increases the risk of developing toxicity.

    Drug-Food Interaction

    Using this medicine with food should be maintained a time gap of at least 1 hour before meals for better effectiveness of the medicine. Using this medicine with spicy, fatty foods, alcohol, caffeinated drinks, or beverages such as coffee, tea, cola, etc, should be avoided for better effectiveness of the medicine.
