Myaza 100mg Injection contains Azacitidine 100mg is an anti-cancer medication, DNA Methylation Inhibitor. Azacytidine 100mg is a pyrimidine analog of cytidine that inhibits DNA and RNA methyltransferase and has cytotoxicity effects that cause hematopoietic bone marrow suppression. Azacytidine incorporates into DNA and RNA inhibiting the production of protein thus resulting in cell death. Thus, it inhibits the proliferation of abnormal cancer cells and induces apoptosis of these abnormal cancer cells.
