Mycoforce 360mg Tablet contains Mycophenolate sodium 360mgmg an immunosuppressant used with other medicine to prevent your body from organ rejection in patients who have undergone kidney transplants. It produces its action by reducing the activity of our immune system so that it will not attack the transplanted organs.

• How long does Mycoforce 360mg tablet take to start working?

Usually, it takes 3-12 weeks to start working and it depends upon the severity of the patient. Do not withdraw the drug without consulting with your doctor

• What happens if I forget to take the Mycoforce 360mg tablet?

If you missed the dose take it as soon as you remember do not take the tablet between the meals. If it is time for the next dose skip the missed dose and continue with a regular dose

Mycophenolate sodium increases the effect of the anthrax vaccine by pharmacodynamic antagonism. Immunosuppressants increase the risk of infection in combination with live vaccines

Rabies vaccine + Mycophenolate sodium  

Mycophenolate sodium decreases the effect of the rabies vaccine by pharmacodynamic antagonism. Immunosuppressants interfere in the development of immunity.

Anakinra + Mycophenolate sodium

Use alternative drug because the combination of these drugs increases the effect of immunosuppressant and increase the risk of infections.

Drug-Food Interaction

The food may affect the absorption of the medicine so it is advised to take this medicine on an empty stomach or take it either 1 hour before or after your meals

Infection

Therapy should be administered with caution in patients with a history of active infection because the use of this medicine is more prone to infection

Therapy should be administered with caution in patients with stomach ulcers or bleeding because the use of this medicine may worsen the condition of the patients
