Medical Description of Nupenta LS Capsule
Nupenta LS contains Pantoprazole 40mg and Levosulpiride 75mg used to treat conditions like Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor, and anti-ulcer agent used to relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn in the stomach. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic that helps in the movement of food from the stomach to the intestine by producing a chemical messenger called acetylcholine. This combination softens the stools and decreases the acid secretion from the stomach. Swallow the whole capsule at once. Don’t break, chew, or crush the capsule

How to Take Nupenta LS Capsule
It should be taken on an empty stomach, at least one hour before the meal as prescribed by the doctor. Take this medicine at a regular interval of time. Ketoconazole
Ketoconazole used in the treatment fungal infection as an anti-fungal agent.
This combinational medicine along with the ketoconazole reduces the stomach acid and decreases the absorption of ketoconazole in the body and reduces the blood levels of ketoconazole in the blood levels. Because of this antifungal effect will be reduced.
Methotrexate

Atazanavir
