    Chloramphenicol

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of chloramphenicol may interfere with the effect of ferric carboxymaltose in the treatment of anemia by impairing bone marrow function.

    Ferrous gluconate

    Use alternative drugs because the combination of this medicine may lead to the complication from too much iron

    Enalapril

    Use alternative drugs because the use of ferric carboxymaltose may increase the side effect of enalapril such as low blood pressure, lightheadedness, fever, flushing, chest pain, back pain, rash, itching, and abdominal pain.
