    Drug Interaction of Paclitax-Nab 100mg Injection

    Drug-Drug Interaction

    Apalutamide

    Use alternative drugs because the use of apalutamide will decrease the effect of paclitaxel by affecting hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

    Deferiprone

    Use alternative drugs because the combination of this medicine either increases the toxicity of the other by pharmacodynamic synergism.

    Amiodarone

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of amiodarone will increase the effect of paclitaxel by P-glycoprotein efflux transporter.

    Cannabidiol

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of cannabidiol will increase the effect of paclitaxel by decreasing its metabolism

    Ketoconazole

    Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of ketoconazole will increase the level of paclitaxel by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.

    Drug-Food Interaction

    Kindly avoid consuming grapefruit juice while you are receiving this medicine it may increase the blood level of paclitaxel and also increase the risk of side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, hair loss, muscle pain, weakness, nerve damage, and impaired bone marrow functions.

    Infections
