By using this medicine with food should be maintained time gap at least 1 hour before the meals for better effectiveness of the medicine. By using this medicine with spicy, fatty foods, alcohol, caffeinated drinks, or beverages such as coffee, tea, cola, etc, should be avoided for better effectiveness of the medicine.

Gastrointestinal perforation
It should be used with caution in patients with gastrointestinal perforations (intestinal problems such as internal bleeding, an obstruction, or perforation of the stomach, and intestine, etc) that lead to worsening the patient's health conditions. Pheochromocytoma

Liver diseases

Bone fractures

Vitamin B12 deficiency

Hypomagnesemia

Over Dose
