The Satrogyl-O Tablet contains Satranidazole 300mg and Ofloxacin 200mg used to treat diarrhea and dysentery in adults. Satranidazole 300mg is a Nitroimidazole derivative Antibacterial and Antiprotozoal drug which kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria. Ofloxacin 200mg is an antibiotic that helps to inhibit the growth of infection. The combination of this medicine helps to inhibit the growth of microorganism which is responsible for infections. Swallow the whole tablet at once. Don’t break, chew, or crush the tablet.

Flibanserin
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of Satranidazole will increase the effect of flibanserin by affecting its hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism
Mebendazole
Use alternative drug because the use of mebendazole increase the toxicity of Satranidazole by increasing the risk of developing toxic epidermal necrolysis
Aluminum hydroxide
Use alternative drugs because the use of aluminum hydroxide decreases the effect of Ofloxacin by inhibiting the GI absorption
Escitalopram
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of escitalopram increase the toxicity of Ofloxacin by QTc interval
Estradiol
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Ofloxacin decreases the effect of estradiol by altering the intestinal flora and it also lowers the risk of contraceptive failure.
