It is used as an orphan drug in the treatment of glioma, metastatic melanoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and neuroblastoma.

    Temotrust 250mg Capsule containing Temozolomide 250mg is an anti-cancer medication, an alkylating agent. It methylates guanine regions of DNA thus inhibiting the transcription process causing breaks in DNA and inducing apoptosis of abnormal cancer cells.

    Valproic acid

    Myelosuppression
