Viro Z tablet contains Zidovudine 300mg. Viro Z (Zidovudine (300mg)) tablet is an antiviral medicine used in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) – 1 infection. It is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Zidovudine works by reducing the viral load of HIV in your body. Viro Z tablet improves your immune system and reduces the risk of conditions associated with HIV infection. Viro Z tablet is used in combination with other antivirals for efficiency. Viro Z tablet is used in children above 1 month of age or in weight more than 4 kgs and in adults.
