It is used in combination with other antiretrovirals to treat HIV. It is also used in treatment as post exposure for occupational exposure to HIV therapy.

10 to 14 kgs – 75mg twice per day
14 to 20 kgs – 100mg twice per day
20 to 28 kgs – 150mg twice per day

>40 kgs – 300mg twice per day
