Mechanism of action of Zestmab 100mg Injection
Zestmab 100mg Injection contains Rituximab 100mg is an anti-cancer medication, a monoclonal CD20 antibody. It produces its action by binding with CD20 antigen which is located on premature and mature B cells lymphocytes. CD20 regulates initiation and differentiation of cell cycle thus promoting B cell lysis initiated by complement dependant cytotoxicity, and antibody-mediated cell-mediated cytotoxicity thus cell death occurs.
